Here you can find out about the latest courses and learn about
who we are and what we do as an academy for urban diciplines.

Both of our coaches are friendly and approachable, they are well trained
and have over 8 years collective experience in running/planning parkour
and freerunning workshops.

They are both a part of the south coast display team "TEAM 101",
and have performed and run workshops across the United Kingdom
and Ireland. Working within such events as the European Indoor
Athletics Championships Opening Ceremony & The Dublin Fringe Festival.
