The Urban Freestyle Academy was founded in Febuary 2009, in the hope of bringing urban diciplines to life through freestyle gymnastics. We aim to deliver quality training for children and to give every person who attends a fun, safe and educational experience that will leave them with a great sense of personal achievement.
The Urban Freestyle Academy aims to teach participants a range of different diciplines, from Parkour & Freerunning, to Breakdance and Urban Gymnastics. These diciplines will help the participants improve their focus, motivation and confidence, through challenging their own abilities and meeting others with simliar interests.
Our coaches have over 8 years collective experience in planning and running parkour/freerunning workshops. They are both part of a well established display team, who have been a part of numerous events across the UK and Ireland. (Team 101)
